iPhone.. A PLAGUE IN SINGAPORE. The fact that an iPhone is not equipped with a phone strap fitting is even more disheartening. I had to get a decal!
I came across GelaSkins which took the lead in providing quality decals for laptop covers, iPods, and of course, your iPhone. What makes them exclusive however, are their choices of designs from internationally renowned contemporary artists like Audrey Kawasaki, Camilla d’Errico, Yosuke Ueno and Aya Kato. Other acclaimed artists include H.R. Giger, Vincent van Gogh, Hieronymus Bosch and Claude Monet.
There are many stalls/shops in malls (a few in Plaza Singapura) that provide customised decals too, they even do the wrapping for your device. But beware.. The quality of their decal material does not justify their exorbitant price. GelaSkins use advanced 3M adhesive that contains patented micro-channels (which prevent air bubbles from forming).
You can get GelaSkins from some some shops (like in VivoCity), but the choices are pretty limited and the price is jacked way up. You’re better off ordering directly from their site, especially if you’re getting 2 or more with your pals (save on shipping).

^This is Michan’s GelaSkin.. Princess Express by KuKula. A GelaSkin for your iPhone will cost you US$14.95 and standard post is US$5.95 (posts up to 3 GelaSkins), UPS post (US$19.95).

^It was fairly easy to attach it onto the iPhone.. GelaSkins’ tutorial video was a great help

^Tadaaa! Here are both our iPhones with GelaSkins. If you don’t want to select from one of their countless choices, you can upload and tweak your own image file via GelaSkins’ “Create your own” option (like mine on the left). This will give you your own one and only iPhone design!
